While others eat goulash and paprikash, we hunt for truffles, trample grapes with bare feet and collect wild plants for a master class with a Michelin-star chef.
I will show you Hungarian Tuscany and take you to taste Tokaji that you will never find elsewhere. I will feed you dishes that kings and presidents had, because I know the chef who personally cooked for them.

Individual approach
White wine or red? Classic or biodynamic? All programs are tailored specifically for you
Hungary has 22 wine regions, more than France. Thanks to its favorable location, its territory produces wines of both the northern (dry, mineral white, sparkling wines) and southern types (aged, tannic). There are plenty to choose from.
In Hungary there are both traditional winemakers and now fashionable naturals and biodynamists who champion biodiversity and sustainable development. Some of them age wines accompanied by classical music, while others age wines in amphorae. But it can't be done without stories. We love adventure, so we go not just to taste, but to trample grapes under our feet, rivet barrels in a cooperage workshop, or pick Asu grapes.
If you don't have much time, then the Nesmey wine region is an excellent choice. Example of a private tour for 2−4 people
Wine tour in Nesmey We'll head to the Nesmey wine region, which is located near Budapest and is proud of its white, sparkling and autochthonous red wines. Here is the best grünerveltliner in the country (the proximity to Austria has an effect). We will visit two wineries, where we will be met by the winemakers themselves and will be shown the cellars, production and will be given wine to drink, and we will also rise in a jeep to the top of the wine-growing mountain to drink there wines with a mesmerizing view of the entire wine region.
Program: 10:00 we leave Budapest 11:00 Tasting at the first winery (emphasis on sparkling wines), meeting with the winemaker, snacks 13:00 Lunch at restaurant on top of the mountain 15:00 Tasting at the second winery (pet-nat, mineral white and red wines), tour of the vineyards by jeep 17:00 return to Budapest
Cost for 2−4 people: 490 euro Included: tastings at two wineries for 2-4 people, expert accompaniment in Russian, transfer by car from Budapest and back, excursions in two wineries and jeep tour of vineyards. Paid separately: lunch in a restaurant.

Hello!
Our heroes
A legend of Hungarian cuisine. Cooked for Queen Elizabeth and the Pope. You've never seen a more passionate chef. I am friends with Kalman and take small groups to him for royal dinners and stories about presidents.
Kalman Kalla
Celebrity of the Hungarian culinary scene, host of all gastro events and restaurant critic. András takes us to gastronomic festivals and introduces us to top chefs.
Andras Yokuchi
The best Hungarian sommelier. He makes unforgettable tastings and knows how to explain the most complex wines in understandable language. Will select the best wines of your life.
Agnes Herceg
A unique winemaker who makes the most expensive Hungarian sparkling wine and the most delicious Tokaji azú. The wines are aged to classical music and poured into handmade Zalto glasses. Where there is Zoltan, there is style. We love it.
Zoltan Demeter
Queen of Hungarian cuisine, author of countless cookbooks and TV show host. Ideal for master classes on Hungarian home cooking.
Sofia Mauthner
The main bully of Hungarian cuisine. While he prepares paprikash and pours out champagne for us, he tells indecent jokes. Ideal for private dinners and master classes.
Lajos Biro
Nobody knows the Tokaj wine region better than Gergely. He publishes the only Tokaji reference book and knows what a 1940 Tokaji ace tastes like. We take Gergey on our travels around Tokaj to answer your most tricky questions.

It seems to me that Mary can control everything in Hungary. I would call her the Budapest Sorceress. Because any desire, request, issue was resolved as if by a wave of a magic wand. Maria opened wonderful restaurants for us where we can taste the best Hungarian dishes and wines.... After which we can confidently say that Budapest is one of the best places for conducting gastronomic tours.
Tatiana
She walked with us for kilometers, ate and tasted... picked strawberries and elderberries early in the morning, deep-fried them... introduced us to interesting Hungarians and non-Hungarians, puzzled over Rubik's puzzles, translated (it turned out that she was also learning Chinese !) - and this in just 3 days... Mashenka, next time I’ll definitely be with you!

Maria, she's not just Maria. Our production team has worked with many wonderful people around the world. But never before have we had the desire to take a specialist (guide, translator, expert in local customs and everything else) with us. Amazing competence, wonderful character, enviable performance. She knows everyone, and everyone knows her.
Alexandra
Masha is a person who turns everything she touches into beauty. She is a journalist, gastro guide and taster of the most delicious food and wine in Hungary. In general, an extremely useful acquaintance :)

I really enjoyed the tour with Masha. The trip was well organized and we did not have a minute wasted. Everything was accompanied by cheerful conversations and laughter, but at the same time I took with me a wealth of knowledge and impressions! And of course a lot of photographs for memory. Therefore, I’m looking forward to the next tour, and I advise everyone who has not joined yet to go on a gastronomic excursion with Masha!

Hunting for the white truffle - the king and star of restaurants. Previously, for me it was something from another world; I never thought that I would be able to see the collection process myself. I would like to express my deep gratitude for this idea and its excellent implementation. Our group had many questions - why exactly dogs are involved in the extraction, how they are trained, how they grow and what is the value of mushrooms, how to store them, cook them.... And we received comprehensive answers, as well as an unforgettable walk through the secret forest, communication with dogs and meeting interesting people.
